Hello dear friend,

Greetings to you in Jesus name.

One of the most helpless state a person could ever be in is, the state of confusion.

Confusion makes you nervous, it cripples your faith in God, it might sometime lead you to make wrong decision. It also makes God small and the situation seem as big as a mountain which you cannot get over with your own strength and if you don’t deal it, it might make you sick physically and emotionally. But you can handle confusion and you will come out of it praising and glorifying God.

I have titled this post as “confused to conqueror”.

I want you to know being confused is not wrong and is not sin, but what you do when you are confused can cause you to end up in a wrong place, can lead to sin and can even kill you.

There was a king, when few kingdoms got together and came against this king, he was gripped with fear and he was so confused that he didn’t know what to do.

What to do when you are confused?

  1. Look up to God:

The beautiful thing that you can do when you are confused is look up to God. I know you don’t want to think about God when you are attacked from every direction and in every area. But king Jehoshaphat said, ‘God, we do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you’. 2 Chr 20:12(b).

Sadly we do everything possible but we will not have our eyes to look up to God, but we could only look up to God, things would be different in our lives.

I want to tell you dear reader, no matter where you are and what situation you are going through but if you can look to God in faith that would cause God to look down on you with His favour, grace and mercy.

  1. Ask for guidance:

Many people look up to God, but not everyone look to Him as the God who can solve your problems and fix things right in your life.

People look up to Him to tell what He didn’t do or how bad you feel for believing in Him or question his love for you and at time doubt His existence.

But, king Jehoshaphat, looked up to God begging God for guidance. 2 Chr 20:3. He was so desperate that He fasted and sought God for His guidance.

He’s a king, yet he knew he couldn’t overcome his enemies unless God leads him and give Him wisdom to take decisions.

Dear reader, if you go with your own strength, money, influence and experience you might end up defeated but if God leads you, you will be victorious!

  1. Believe in God:

You might be a spiritual person who prays and seeks God in tough times, but while you are seeking Him, God will surely show up and tell you to do something. Would you believe Him to an extent that you would do what He told you to do?

Sadly, some people will go to Him to tell God what He should do and what they want to do in the situation they are in, when you have already decided what to do, you no need to go to God?

You should trust God so much that you must be willing to give up your decisions and embrace His will for you in this particular situation.

Not everyone who takes God’s advice will go and do what He asked them to do. You are saved not by listening to His word but by believing His word and responding according to His word.

King Jehoshaphat told his people to believe in God. 2 Chr 20:20. Do you believe in God?

  1. Obey Him:

We sometimes tell God what He should do and how.

Dear friend, God knows and understands everything. You no need to tell Him, He doesn’t need your advice, we need His.

The wisest person on the planet is the one who listens to God and obeys Him fully, but to obey Him you need to let go of all your ideas, all your knowledge, all your experience and everything that contradicts God and His word.

When Jehoshaphat obeyed God, God fought for him. God gave him great victory.

Dear friend, when you fight your own battles you might not win all the time, but when God fights for you, you can be sure that victory is yours. AMEN!

Allow God to do what only He can do in your life, because God can do what you cannot do and He can do better than you could ever do.

Dear friend, I don’t know what situation you are in, don’t know what you are going through in your life, but I would like to request you to make a way for Him and allow Him to fix your life. All I want you to do is, run to Him if you have challenges, wait for Him to lead you, believe Him that He will never let you down and do everything He tells you to do.

You are not created to live in confusion, but you are a conqueror in Jesus Christ. Amen

Have a blessed life ahead,

With much love,

In His service,

Jeevan & Leena
