Worship is one of the Powerful things the world waits for. Some worship some god, some people, some money, and some created things, some…..
Whom do you worship? This is the biggest question.
At one hand God wants to be worshiped and on the other hand even the Devil wants to be worshiped.
Devil tempted Jesus while He was fasting soon after His Baptism, the devil said “If you will only worship me ……………. Matt 4:9.
Bible says, God seeks for the true worshipers who will worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. Jn 4:24.
In the book of Exodus the Word of God says more than 10 times “Let my people go, so that they might Worship the Lord!
God loves worship, when we worship Him He reveals Himself to His People. Imagine what happens when God comes down to the people where He is being worshiped. It is said that God is everywhere that is why we call Him “Omnipresent God” meaning God is present everywhere but His presence is not manifested everywhere. It happens only where He is Worshiped and Adored. Hallelujah!! When the King of King manifests there will be joy, healing and miracles.
The entire Bible talks about “Worship”, even before anything was created there was “Worship”. There were angels who worshiped God day and night and after the fall of a group of angels due to pride (sin) now God wants to restore that place with the people whom He love and whom He had chosen.
What happens when we Worship?
1. The Presence of God fills us
2. Anointing falls on us
3. Glory of God reflects through us
For example, if you walk in the hot sun without any sunscreen you get exhausted because you are walking and feeling the tremendous heat of the day. Your skin gets tanned. And the same thing happens when you worship God, you get tanned, I call it a Glory tan!
As you read this blog I pray that God will stir up your heart to worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. New desire will rise on the inside of you to seek and soak in Him. In Jesus name. Amen
