Hey Dear friend,

Greetings to you in Jesus name! How have you been? How is your walk with God?

It’s a great pleasure to write to you everything the Lord as positioned on my heart today.

Mankind’s greatest struggle is “lack of finance”! Though we try our best to fix it, for some time it seems to be as if it’s fixed but not really! We continue to live in lack, scarcity and shortages.

The other day I met a friend of mine we had a talk for some time, he was sharing his things and I was sharing mine. The one thing surprised is, though he is an employee earns good money; he said “Jeevan, as soon as I get my pay I have so much to pay like rent, loan, provision, treatment. . . .  He said within first two weeks I am left empty handed”.

Today I want to share with you, How to overcome financial crisis and how to walk in abundant life.

1.      Make Jesus the Lord over your finances:

First thing you should understand as a child of God is everything you have is not yours but God’s! You might say, but bro “I worked for it”, yes I agree but if God didn’t give you that job where will you work? If God didn’t give you good health where would you go to work? If God didn’t keep you alive what work you would do?

Give thanks to God for He has given you life, he gave you good health and He gave strength to work and when you receive pay thank Him and say “Lord Jesus, I have this because of you”; it’s not your its God’s!!!

2.      Give Him a tithe.

 After knowing whatever you have is His, according to the Bible one tenth of your income belongs to Him. After giving Him thanks, next you do is take the tithe out and give it to your local church.

 Why you should tithe? Because the Bible says one tenth of your income is His, God doesn’t need your money, He don’t live on it! But if you don’t give Him what’s His you are stealing Him. As the children of God we have to be faithful to what He gave you!

Some good believers think giving Tithe is in Old Testament. Dear friend, in New Testament you give your 100% to God. The reason I say give tenth is it’s a place to start from there as God puts a desire to give more give Him even to 100%.

3.      Sow into the lives of men/women of God.

 After giving God what belong to Him, you can even give to the men and women of God whom you think you should give. This is not compulsory but if you want to come out of financial crisis as soon as possible sow into His servants life.

The Bible says, if you give him a glass of water because he is a disciple of Jesus Christ you will not lose your reward. Your love offering for God or His disciple will never go in vain.

 Imagine God giving reward! He is the king of kings and Lord of lords; He giving rewards, the richest of the richest will give rewards imagine how big the reward would be and that too just for one glass of water! You will never regret by blessing a servant of God.

4.      Give to His work:

You should give to God and to His servants and also to His work.

He has His kingdom and if you can stretch your hand to establish God’s Kingdom and expand it; God will stretch His hand to build your kingdom and will expand it according to His will and His riches.

If you work for Him and His kingdom, He will work for you. The bible says, His works are perfect!

The boy in the Bible brought his lunch box to Jesus, Jesus took it blessed it and gave to the disciples they gave to the 5000 men who came to him, after everyone ate 12 baskets full of broken bread and fish was left over. That boy gave 5 bread and 2 fishes, but He got 12 baskets full of food; probably his whole town ate it I guess!

This will happen to you, if you bring your small gift to the work of God, you will return blessed to be a blessing!

5.      Pity on the needy and helpless:

 The reason I tell you to give to the poor and needy because you too were once in need but God did sent His children your way to help you, therefore since you are blessed, you should also help those who are in need.

When you show pity on others, The Bible says He will pity on you. When you pity, you might give least of the least but when God gives you His least of the least it will make you the richest person on the face of the earth.

When you give to the poor and needy, it is as if you have given to God Himself, He is not your debtor, He will surely repay you for what you have given to Him. He repays you with much more than you have ever imagined.

Give and it will come back to you with good measure, pressed down shaken together running down.

Whoever sows sparing will reap sparingly, those who sow generously will also reap generously.

If God gives you something and knows that you will give it back to Him, there is nothing God won’t give you! –Prophet  Benard Blessing.
