I know a guy who was doing the business of buying and selling the porn videos, I got a privilege to meet this guy who later became an awesome man of God, and he unveiled the effects of pornography which I thought was useful to share with you! Please read this post and be blessed.
Before we go further, I want to tell you that pornography has a wicked evil spirits! I am about to unveil the spirits this guy was bound to, until God encountered and delivered him from it.
You don’t need a revelation to know that it has unclean spirit, if you are a child of God! Everything you watch on the porn screen is unclean; if you watch it without your knowledge this spirit of unclean can creep into your life and defile you!
This guy after he got married, he wanted his wife to do everything he saw on the screen, later this guy became so violent that he started hurting his wife physically and emotionally! When the unclean spirit enters into a person it also gets violent spirit with it.
As a result this guy got discouraged and was never satisfied with his wife and his relationship with her. Discouragement can spoil your marriage, it can bring divisions and steal all peace and joy in the family. Discouragement is also a spirit.
Since he was discouraged in family, and was not satisfied with his wife; he started searching for the same in other woman. He was so much into pornography that every person he met (opposite sex) he would see them with the eyes of lust be it wife, relatives, friends, cousins and also his own mother. He became lustful! Lust is also a spirit!!
He was bound to it completely, he would look very good and decent on the outside but on the inside he was battling these spirits. He knew this was wrong, he grew up in a Christian family he wanted to get rid of it but couldn’t. When he surrendered and made Jesus the Lord over this area to God, God set him free completely!
He thinks and testifies that he was not only committing sin against God but also against his wife, against his parents, against all that he learnt as a Christian kid, against his own self which include his conscious and defiled his body, soul and spirit all these years.
Dear reader, when I heard this guy’s story my heart was broken, then I realized how many in our generation are going through this bondage and battling all the spirits this guy battled; but the bottom line is he made Jesus the Lord over his weakness! Probably you too might be in a situation as such stop battling with your own strength and surrender to Jesus completely!!! He will come in power and drive out all these unclean, wicked and evil spirits.
When you have Jesus as your strength, you don’t have any weakness; your weakness will be your strength when Jesus shows up in it! His strength will make us perfect in our weaknesses.
God has given us this life; let’s give it back to Him every day with thanksgiving and living life that is pleasing to Him and for His glory.
