Hello dear friend,
Greetings to you in Jesus name. I hope you are doing well in the grace and mercies of God. I pray, may God continue to protect you and provide you all that you need from His abundance in Jesus name. Amen
If some believer is going through a sickness, they pray and might also treat themselves medically; if they don’t see immediate results they think “it is God’s will for them to suffer in sickness”, this is the lie from the devil. God will never test you with sickness!
God said, “I am the God who heals”, we worship and serve God who is the healer!
If you read Mark 1:40-44, we see Jesus healing the leper.
We learn 4 things from this passage;
- There was a man with leprosy:
Leprosy in the bible was considered as unclean, and a person with leprosy was expected to live in isolation, away from his own people and away from the community.
2. This man came, knelt, and begged Jesus for healing:
When the man with leprosy, leant that Jesus was passing by him, he went and knelt before Jesus and begged Him to be healed.
In order for this man to encounter Jesus and receive his healing from Jesus, he had to get out of his limitation and pursue Jesus. It’s a sign of humility, a person who has issues with pride will not pursue God and kneel before Him in prayer.
3. Jesus moved with compassion:
This man’s humility moved the heart of God. His humbleness made a way for him to receive his miracle.
We serve the God who is supremely majestic and at the same time very gentle at heart towards us His children, He loves and cares for us much more than we could ever think and imagine.
When we humble ourselves before Him in prayer, we position ourselves to encounter God in His goodness.
4. Jesus touched him:
I told you earlier that the person with leprosy were considered to be unclean, when people come close to them they are supposed to shout unclean, unclean… then people used to move away from them.
Jesus in His mercy, touched him and said I’m willing to heal you.
Jesus was willing to let this man come close to Him, willing to let this man speak to Him, willing to listen to his request, wiling to be compassionate, willing to touch, and willing to heal him.
5. Jesus healed him:
The touch and words of Jesus brought healing to the man who was having leprosy.
And Jesus also sent this man to the priest to be approved and to offer sacrifices. The healing God brings to you is to be witnessed from the priest to everyone around, and it will lead you to worship God with your substances.
Dear friend, I don’t know what you are facing in life, and what kind of healing you are in need of; it could be physical, mental, emotional or in any area of your life.
I would encourage you humble yourself before God in prayer, and as you do may God be merciful to you and touch you, and may the touch of God bring complete restoration to every area of your life in Jesus might name I pray, Amen.
With much love and blessings,

Amen! Yes, it’s God’s will to heal us provided we surrender Him completely. Sometimes we are not even aware of our sickness but when we surrender to Him, Holy Spirit reveals the sickness and releases us from its grip. Praise God for His love and compassion!
