Hello dear friend,

Greetings to you in Jesus name, I hope you are doing well in the grace and mercies of God. I pray, may God continue to protect you from every sickness and provide you everything that you need according to His riches in glory in Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We are surrounded with so many voices around us, and sometimes these sounds can be very frustrating, discouraging, and a killer from inside out.

At one instance Jesus and His disciples were travelling by the sea, and suddenly the violent wind blew against them and the waves broke over the boat so that they almost flooded, the disciples tried their best to control the situation with their own strength and intellect but failed miserably.

Jesus being tired from the ministry, fell sound asleep in the inner part of the boat. But His disciples were gripped with fear of death, they went and woke Him saying, “Teacher, don’t you care that we are drowning”.

How could Jesus sleep so deeply in the midst of chaos? Jesus knew who He is and He knew the will of God for His life (present and future), therefore He was unmoved in that situation.

Many people mistake Jesus’ silence just like the disciples. One of the questions that we have been asked very frequently is “why is Jesus silent when there is so much evil and chaos around?”

Today I want to remind few things about Jesus in our life;

First thing I want to remind you today that Jesus’ silence into your situation is not His ignorance to the situation, nor He is surprised by the situation you are in. Jesus knows everything from eternity to eternity.

Second important reminder is Jesus’s silence doesn’t mean His absence. God will never leave you alone – He is always with you, but He is closest to you in the toughest of your times.

Third important reminder is Jesus’ silence is not His betrayal. God is very faithful, very merciful, exceedingly gracious, and extremely loving. He will never let you down.

Aren’t you happy that Lord Jesus is always with you, and He knows everything about you from the very beginning, and He is always faithful to you, Amen.

Fourth important reminder is, the presence of God in your life might not stop the wind to come against you, but He will surely stop the wind from killing you.

Throughout the Bible we see the people of God went through different challenges, but the challenges couldn’t over power them. For example: Noah went through floods, but floods couldn’t have him and everyone with him; Isaac went through famine, but famine couldn’t touch him in fact He was greatly blessed during that famine; Daniel went through lion’s den, but that day lions had to keep their mouth shut; and our Lord Jesus went through death, but He faced it and overcame it by rising from the death. Amen

Dear friend, do not give up in your tough and challenging situations, hold on to Him and trust Him, He will take you through for His name sake glory.

Fifth and last reminder of the day, the bible says in Mark 4:35 Jesus said, Let us go over to the other side. Jesus already told them let us go, no matter what situation they might face, they would definitely reach the other side. God has already declared your purpose, and nothing can stop it.

Is your present situation look like a killer? Are you losing hopes in God and in yourself? Are things getting worse despite of you trying hard to control everything just like the disciples did?

Do not be anxious about anything, continue to trust in God and hold on to Him. As long as Jesus is in your life boat, you shall not fail, you are blessed!

I pray today, may God arise for you in your situation and may He also look at the raging wind and waves and say, “Silence, be still”. At His voice may every waves and wind become completely silent, and may you cross over these situations in the name of Jesus.

May the good God bless you.

With much love and blessings,
