Hello dear friend,
Greeting to you in Jesus name, I hope you are doing well in the grace and mercies of God. As the covid cases are increasing I request you all to stay safe, and I also pray may God protect you from all sickness and disease and provide you everything you need according to His glorious riches in Jesus Christ our Lord.
We are surrounded with fear of covid, fear of getting married and staying married, fear of having children and raising them up in a godly way, fear of finances to take care of our responsibilities faithfully, fear of future, and fear of uncertainties.
The bible says, Lord Jesus has fed the 5000 men with 5 loaves and 2 fishes, He sent the disciples to the other side of the water and He went on the mountain top to pray. As the disciples were in the middle of the water and it was dark, suddenly there was a violent storm, and wind began to beat the boat.
They were all terrified when they saw him. But Jesus spoke to them at once. “Don’t be afraid,” He said. “Take courage! I am here! Mark 6:50
The disciples of Jesus were also gripped with fear, and this fear was of losing their lives in the middle of the storm, in the water.
What are you afraid of? And how do you overcome that fear that is sneaking in your mind and thoughts?
The disciples tried their best to control the situation but they couldn’t. You too might be trying your best to control the situation but you might have not seen the results you were expecting.
Today, I want to tell you “do not be afraid”, take heart God got you covered!
It is very much possible for you to look at your situation and question the existence of God and question the love and faithfulness of God, but I want to remind you that God is faithful and He is trust worthy, if God has promised something – He will fulfil it in His time. Continue to hope in Him, you will not be disappointed.
The disciples were struggling in the middle of the waters and Jesus was on the mountain top, yet that didn’t stop Jesus to reach to the disciples who were in anguish, though it was in the middle of the night (4th hour / between 2am-4am).
Dear friend, even today Jesus is watching us from above and He is interceding for us, when he sees you in struggle through various trails and challenges, He will interfere in your life and help you supernaturally.
As Jesus reached to save His disciples, He will also save you. Sadly they saw the Lord who came to save Him and misunderstood for a ghost, God saves us in a ways we don’t understand.
Don’t be afraid, take heart! God is with you and He is for you. He will perform miracles beyond your wildest imagination. I pray, may God strengthen you to strong in your trails, temptations, and challenges in Jesus name, Amen.
