Hello dear friend,

Greetings to you in the name of Jesus.

Hope you are doing good and healthy in the grace and mercies of God.

When you read, study, meditate, and listen to the Word of God; God gives you a deeper understanding and insight of the Word.

You shouldn’t treat the Bible like another book you have in your library, but as a communicator. The Word of God corrects, encourages, leads, builds, and make you a person who God wants you to be.

Today I would like to share 4 main things that the revelation does to you.

What is a revelation?

Revelation is revealing/unveiling of the truth (The Bible).

The revelation you receive from the Word will change your life and helps you to stay strong in the midst of challenges, trails, and persecutions.

How to get a revelation?

You need to love and honour God’s Word, and discipline your life to be led by the Word, and also be desperate to know deeper things of the Word, and finally read the Word in the light of the Holy Spirit.

What will the revelation do?

As I said above it will change your life, here are the few things that I want to bring to your notice what the revelation do.

  1. Revelation opens your eyes:

The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. 2 Corinthians 4:4

There is an enemy in this world, he is the enemy of God and enemy of the children of God. And he doesn’t want to know who God is, and who you are to God, and about the plans and purposes God has for you.

One of the reason why people are so confused and hopeless in life, and fighting for their identity in the world is because they have been blinded by the devil.

People can see physically, but can be blinded to see what is happening in the spiritual realm.

When you are reading, studying, and mediating the Word; God will open your spiritual eyes, this will result in supernatural peace, hope, and empower you to overcome the works of the enemy.

2. Revelation gives hope:

When you know who you are, and to whom you belong, and what God has called you to be and do; then you will have grace and power to hope for the same.

This hope will empower you to live a purposeful life and also help you push yourself through in the midst of any challenges and persecutions.

Paul, an apostle of the Lord. His desire was to know Christ and that revelation sustained him in trails and made him persistent in life, he says; I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us. Philippians 3:14

The revelation you receive from God will make you persistent and empower you to endure everything until you reach your goal in the Lord.

3. Revelation positions you:

Without revelation you would be unstable and wouldn’t have a solid foundation to life, your revelations positions you rightly in mind and even in everything you do.

The Lord is my Shepherd, and I will not want. Psalms 23:1

David’s revelation helped him to understand the source of his provision in God. When you know that God is your provider, you will not be moved when there is a lack in life.

God is the source of all blessings in your life, it is your revelation about God which positions you to receive every blessings from Him.

4. Revelations helps you to live a supernatural life:

When you believe and build your life on the revelations God gives you, you will be blessed and you will also be a great blessing to everyone around you.

God did extraordinary miracles through Paul. Acts 19:11

One of the secrets to Paul’s supernatural ministry is that, he knew God, and he also has a revelations on the deeper revelation of the finished work of Jesus on the cross, which equipped him to be a channel of blessings and channel of God’s unusual power wherever he went.

Your revelations will also bless and equip you, to be a blessing to everyone from your home to the ends of the earth.

“Remember only revelation brings revolution”.

I pray, may God reveal Himself to you as you read, study, and meditate the scriptures; and may these revelations open your eyes to see the world with the eyes of God, and may you have a new glorious hope, and may you be established right in God, and may you also be used to be a blessing to everyone everywhere in Jesus might name. Amen

With much love & prayers,
