Hello dear friend,

Greetings to you in Jesus name.

I hope you are safe, healthy, and doing well. I pray may God continue to protect you and provide you all your need according to His glorious riches in Jesus Christ our Lord.

We are living in gloomiest days of our lives. When we look at the people around us we would find most people are surrounded with fear, sickness, lack, worries, depression and ungodliness.

One of the most important thing we as human are in need of UNITY.

There is divisions in the family, divisions in the work place, division in the society in the name of religion, racism and castes, and sadly divisions in the church also in the name of denomination.

Apostle Paul in his writing to the church of Ephesus, he is saying; Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace Ephesians 4:3.

He is requesting and begging the church to make EVERY effort, to keep unity of the Spirit. One of the reason we are not witnessing the unity Paul is saying is because; everyone is trying to prove their point, and everyone is trying to blame the other.

Our Lord Jesus said, blessed are the peace makers, for they will be called the sons of God. Matthew 5:9. It is easy to call ourselves as the sons of God, but to live as a son of God is a challenge and it requires your deliberate choice. Choose to maintain unity.

The peace and unity of the Spirit flows as a result of your intimate relationship and your deeper revelation of the work of the Spirit of God in you and through you.

For us to experience the unity of the Spirit of God in our families (biological and spiritual), that will spill into the world around us; we need to learn to humble our self, and be gentle, and also bearing up with the family God gave us in love. And surrender our lives to God, and allow Him to lead us and guide us.

It is easy to break someone down, but it takes lot of efforts to build up. Let us not break the unity of the Spirit because of selfish gains, but let us work hard to build up the family of God in love.

We as the family of God need to stand for one another like never before, because as brothers and sisters we need mutual help, love, encouragement, care, and support, NOW!

Dear friend, I encourage you grow in your relationship with God, and be willing to be led by Him, to live a life that is pleasing and acceptable in His sight. As you do, may God use you keep the unity of the Spirit of God in your family and church that will benefit the people and also bring glory to Jesus’ name.
